Your reservation must be guaranteed. The following rules apply for direct bookings, bookings via the Internet or carried out at the hotel, as well as indirect bookings, via an agency, authorized web retailers or intermediaries. In cases of disagreement, please refer in each case to the standards listed in this section by the Agriturismo.
In order to guarantee confirmation of your reservation for amounts less than €500, a deposit of 50% of the total amount due for your stay is required, while for amounts exceeding €500, a deposit of 30% of the total amount due is required.
The reservation will not be considered binding or confirmed if the deposit does not reach the Agriturismo within 7 days. In such cases, the Agriturismo will be free to rent the accommodation to other customers.

1. If a customer cancels the reservation 20 days or more before the date of arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded (minus bank transfer/paypal costs incurred due to sending the refund);
2. If a customer cancels the reservation between 19 and 7 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded (minus bank transfer/postal order charges incurred due to sending the refund);
3. If a customer cancels the reservation between 6 days and the date of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited;
4. If a customer cancels a reservation once having arrived (e.g. the customer has booked a stay of 6 days but wished to leave after the 2nd day) he/she will be required to pay for the entire stay, excluding additional services (breakfast and other meals).
